I always knew I wanted to work with young children. Watching their faces when they achieve something new and seeing their faces light up when they see their parents at the end of each day - I just knew I wanted to be part of helping them learn and achieve each day. I undertook formal qualifications and have an Advanced Diploma in Child Care and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

As Director, I value being a listening ear to parents, a shoulder to cry on and help for their developmental questions. I like to work in partnership with our parents, as we share the journey of helping their children get a great start in life. 

When I am not at the centre, I am relaxing in the pool with my two wonderful children, or travelling to different cultures with my husband or family. I love experiencing different cultures and bringing a bit of that experience back to the children in our centre.
